This new design header with a thick flange will solve a lot of your header issues. With it's upswept design it will clear Champ Kart and Outlaw kart cages. The redesigned flange angles the header away from the chain guard eliminating contact, this will also help reduce arm burns against the chain guard. The new Billet Aluminum head brace reduces the chance for damage to your expensive cylinder head due to vibration or collision.

On the Dyno this header tested better than any other header on the market for S/A and Open Clones and is a great match for Mod2 and other high lift camshafts.
