6th Mar 2024

Kannapolis, NC- March 06,2024- Jim Kinder, CEO of Kinder & Associates, Inc. , an asset management company, proudly announces the successful acquisition of TRJ Karting & TRJKarting.com, an online kart racing parts business based in Kannapolis, NC.

Effective February 1, 2024, the assets of TRJ Karting have transitioned under the leadership of Kinder, who will serve as the manager of the newly formed North Carolina limited liability company (LLC)- TRJ Karting, LLC. Operational management, sales, and customer service support will be overseen by Lyndsey Cotten Edwards through Team Edwards Services, LLC.

The restructuring aims to position the company for growth, with plans to expand inventory, products, and services. Kinder emphasized, "The change in ownership and management will enable The New TRJ the opportunity to expand, with an infusion of capital to facilitate growth and added customer benefits."

The ownership change was intentionally delayed to ensure a seamless transition, allowing for a through orientation with the previous owner, Tim Habiuk. Kinder expressed gratitude, stating, "Tim has been good to work with and very helpful, bringing us up to speed on systems, inventory, customer, and supplier relations."

The relocation to the new facility occurred over the weekend of February 23-25, 2024. Lyndsey Cotten Edwards shared, "our goal is to have everything operational, set up , systems tested, etc. by the end of this week." Updates regarding the new location and purchase details will be available on www.TRJKarting.com shortly.

During the transition, customers can continue to place online orders with no interruption in processing. Kinder acknowledged the support received from the karting community, stating, "The excitement about the 'New TRJ' from the karting community has been very positive. We thank everyone for their support and look forward to serving you."

Stay tuned for more updates on the exciting developments of the "NEW TRJ." Kinder and Edwards extend their gratitude to all for the ongoing support.
