Returns and Cancelled Order Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full store credit. If a refund to a credit/debit card or affirm is preferred, all returns will have a 15% restocking fee applied. Orders Cancelled prior to shipping will receive a 100% refund to a store credit or their method of payment.
Return shipping is the customers responsibility, however we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) We can provide a prepaid return label by calling the store at 704-657-3560

Refunds for Returns and Cancelled Orders
You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days of receiving your return or cancelled order. Should you request a 100% store credit store credits will be posted to your account upon receiving the return or your cancellation request. The time it takes us to process your refund, by Square guideline is 7 to 10 business days for approval, 2 to 9 business days for processing, and the time it takes your bank to process your refund.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations (mainly chemicals).
We do not have control over shipping cost, however we try our best to extend any discounts available to our customers.
Please also note that the shipping rates for larger items we sell are flat rate and rated for the lower 48 states, they do not include states outside the lower 48 or international shipments.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and affirm. Affirm orders will not ship until payment clears our bank, typically 2- 3 business days
